We are looking for a cross-functional Business Developer. You will be working directly with the CEO, with the current Business Developer as well as with,the marketing and product teams to define and execute scalable go-to-market and sales strategies. You’ll explore different business verticals, through different channels, generate and engage with leads. You’ll set up and track KPIs to help you define the strategy to scale up teams and processes.

Responsibilities & Profile


  • Help us to define our sales strategy,set up experiments to build a scalable sales pipeline.
  • Turn leads into customers working closely with our engineering team - onboarding, demos, lifecycle emails, etc.
  • Quickly understand customers expectations to improve conversion at each steps of the sales funnel.
  • Experiment traditional and creative ideas to grow the sales KPIs.
  • Measure results of those experiments and iterate.
  • Push insights to Marketing team about inbound lead qualification.
  • Relay feedback from customers to product team to help shape future of Sqreen.



  • You’ve graduated from a top-tier Business and/or Engineering School.
  • You are a quick-learner and ambitious. Be hungry and foolish (who said the founders worked 10yrs at Apple?).
  • You are comfortable in working within a high-velocity tech startup: you’re a doer, you get stuff done.
  • You can communicate efficiently with our potential leads and explain concisely the value of our product and its features.
  • You are analytical, you like numbers; but you can also understand the big picture and communicate it clearly.
  • You are a quick learner on highly technical products.

  • You have Development and/or Engineering experience.
  • B2B SaaS sales is not a secret to you.
  • You have already worked in a startup environment or Venture Capital.
  • You are ready to travel in order to help Sqreen expand abroad.
